I am seriously frightened for the future of the world when it is appropriate to respond to an employment ad (for any job) with "myspace page" instead of a resume or even just a letter of interest. Scary.

well considering this is an ad for "Shot Girls" (whatever that is!), I wouldn't put too much value in it.
Then again, one dude I know was putting out a job ad twitter-style (140 char or less). But that's a techy job, so it kind of explains the weird web2.0 ad.
